This Hybrid program runs live online via Zoom and in person for local Hamilton area clients! DAYS: Tuesdays & Thursdays TIME: 11:30 AM EST 8:30 AM MST The workouts are designed to help you build strength and get results, so having the right equipment is key. Here’s what you’ll need: ✔️ Step platform ✔️ Loop (mini) resistance band ✔️ Yoga mat ✔️ Dumbbells ✔️ Kettlebells ✔️ Towel & water Suggested dumbbell pairs: • Beginner: 2x5 lb + 2x10 lb • Intermediate: 2x10 lb + 2x15 lb + 2x20 lb • Advanced: 2x10 lb + 2x15 lb + 2x20 lb + 2x25 lb Kettlebell suggestions: • Beginner: 10–15 lb • Intermediate: 15–25 lb • Advanced: 15–35 lb Everyone starts somewhere, so be honest about where you're at and choose weights that challenge you without compromising your form. The more prepared you are, the more you’ll get out of each session. WHAT YOU'LL GAIN: Stronger Muscles: Progressive training is designed to help you build strength and endurance.
