Semi-private personal training is not a version or modification of the day's workout - its individuality separates it from the class, and the equipment selection and training modalities are congruent with your ability and personal goals. Depending on your chosen day and time, you may be sharing your session with up to three other clients, and this combination can vary each time you train. Whether you are working with someone wanting to offset sitting at a desk, a weekend warrior, an exhausted professional, a busy parent, or a new retiree wanting to maintain bodily independence, you will always focus on your program while they focus on theirs.

    Join our family fitness program and get fit together! The FitTogether program is designed for families who want to improve their overall health and fitness levels while having fun and spending quality time together. Our program includes various activities catering to all fitness levels and interests. We'll start with a group warm-up, followed by cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and flexibility movements. We'll also incorporate fun games and challenges to motivate the family. A certified instructor will guide your family through the exercises and provide modifications to accommodate individual physical and age-appropriate abilities. The FitTogether program runs for 12 weeks and includes weekly sessions that are approximately 60 minutes long. Take advantage of this opportunity to bond with your family while improving your health and fitness!

    This complimentary initial session helps the trainer learn important details about you in order to get on the same page when setting expectations for the training program and goals for the future. Topics of discussion: 1. Past experiences in terms of your health and physical activity habits 2. Current starting place 3. Goals and expectations for the future You'll have the opportunity to get to know your coach, ask questions, check out the training facility, and get a sense of our culture. The initial consultation is separate from the initial workout to give your coach the opportunity to adequately plan and prepare toward creating their first workout for you.
