This once-a-week outdoor training program is the perfect way to ease back into movement or add a fresh, energizing twist to your current routine.

 

Whether you’re new to fitness, getting back after a break, or just need something different, this program meets you where you’re at.

Held on Saturday mornings in a welcoming, low-pressure environment, each session blends functional movement, cardio, and strength using your body, simple equipment, and the outdoors. 

There are no mirrors or exotic machines, just fresh air, and good vibes.
