Service Description

WEEK 1: CARDIO BLAST Workout Example: High-Intensity Interval Inferno Warm-up (5 minutes): Light jogging or jumping jacks to get the heart rate up. Main Workout (40 minutes): HIIT Sprints (15 minutes) Jumping Jacks (10 minutes) Burpees (10 minutes) Cool Down (10 minutes): Stretching exercises for the legs, arms, and core. WEEK 2: STRENGTH & CONDITIONING Workout Example: Iron Core Challenge Warm-up (5 minutes): Light jogging in place and arm circles. Main Workout (40 minutes): Bodyweight Squats (10 minutes) Push-Ups (10 minutes) Plank Variations (10 minutes) Dumbbell Lunges (10 minutes) Cool Down (10 minutes): Stretching exercises for the legs, chest, and core. WEEK 3: STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY Workout Example: Core Fusion & Stretch Warm-up (5 minutes): Light jogging in place, leg swings, and arm circles. Main Workout (40 minutes): Core Circuit (20 minutes) Dynamic Stretching (10 minutes) Static Stretching (10 minutes) Cool Down (10 minutes): Foam rolling, deep breathing WEEK 4: POWER & EXPLOSIVENESS Workout Example: Explosive Power Surge Warm-up (5 minutes): Jumping jacks, high knees, and arm swings. Main Workout (40 minutes): Box Jumps (10 minutes) Medicine Ball Throws (10 minutes) Plyometric Lunges (10 minutes) Kettlebell Swings (10 minutes) Cool Down (10 minutes): Gentle stretching for the legs, back, and shoulders. WEEK 5: ENDURANCE CHALLENGE Workout Example: Endurance Expedition Warm-up (5 minutes): Light jogging or cycling to get the heart rate up. Main Workout (40 minutes): Long-Distance Run (20 minutes) Sprints (10 minutes) Jump Rope (10 minutes) Cool Down (10 minutes): Stretching exercises for the legs, back, and chest. WEEK 6: TOTAL BODY TRANSFORMATION Workout Example: Full-Body Revival Warm-up (5 minutes): Light jogging, arm swings, and leg swings. Main Workout (40 minutes): Full-Body Circuit (20 minutes) Cardio Intervals (10 minutes) Dynamic Circuit (10 minutes) Cool Down Yoga (10 minutes): Yoga poses to cool down and stretch your entire body. * beyond personal training and fitness classes
