Proper posture is essential to strength development, flexibility, and balance. It also lessens the stress on your muscles and ligaments, reducing your risk of injury. This session is designed to expose postural imbalances that you may not be aware of and address them with appropriate exercises and movement patterns. Working on your posture will help you become more aware of your muscles throughout your whole body and help you stand a little taller and prouder while allowing you to move with more confidence as you go on about your daily life.
Cancellation Policy
Personal Training Booking Policy To ensure every client receives the best possible training experience, please review and follow the booking policies for Personal Training sessions. BOOKING WINDOW: Earliest Booking: Clients may book sessions up to 28 days in advance. Latest Booking: All bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the session start time. RESCHEDULING POLICY: Rescheduling must be completed online no later than 24 hours before your scheduled session. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made online at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS: Any bookings not cancelled or rescheduled before the 24-hour cutoff will be forfeited, and the session will be counted toward your package. By proceeding with booking, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
