Cancellation Policy
Small Group Training & Classes Policy To ensure every client receives the best possible training experience, please review and follow the booking policies for In-Person Small Group Training & Class sessions. BOOKING WINDOW: Earliest Booking: Clients may book sessions up to 28 days in advance. Latest Booking: All bookings must be made at least 12 hours before the session start time. RESCHEDULING POLICY: Rescheduling must be completed online no later than 12 hours before your scheduled session. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made online at least 12 hours in advance of your scheduled session. LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS: Any bookings not cancelled or rescheduled before the 12-hour cutoff will be forfeited, and the session will be counted toward your package. By proceeding with booking, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
