Service Description

Strength training is the key to flexibility, mobility, improved performance and injury prevention. A typical workout is based on high-intensity interval training principles. It combines high-intensity movements with weight-bearing exercises to improve cardiovascular performance, muscle strength, and tone while conditioning the body to better support itself through daily life.


Cancellation Policy

Personal Training Booking Policy To ensure every client receives the best possible training experience, please review and follow the booking policies for Personal Training sessions. BOOKING WINDOW: Earliest Booking: Clients may book sessions up to 28 days in advance. Latest Booking: All bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the session start time. RESCHEDULING POLICY: Rescheduling must be completed online no later than 24 hours before your scheduled session. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made online at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS: Any bookings not cancelled or rescheduled before the 24-hour cutoff will be forfeited, and the session will be counted toward your package. By proceeding with booking, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
