Service Description

When we consider fitness and exercise, we often neglect the importance and benefits of stretching, while many women avoid stretching altogether because they “have never been flexible.” This workout will help create more pliable and functional muscles, aid in recovery from muscular imbalances, improve your core strength, and promote resistance to injuries regardless of your self-assessment concerning flexibility. The combination of dynamic and static stretches in your stretching workout will target your entire body, focusing on improving the mobility and functionality of your hips and spine to lessen back pain, hip, and other joint and muscular limitations.


Cancellation Policy

Personal Training Booking Policy To ensure every client receives the best possible training experience, please review and follow the booking policies for Personal Training sessions. BOOKING WINDOW: Earliest Booking: Clients may book sessions up to 28 days in advance. Latest Booking: All bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the session start time. RESCHEDULING POLICY: Rescheduling must be completed online no later than 24 hours before your scheduled session. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made online at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS: Any bookings not cancelled or rescheduled before the 24-hour cutoff will be forfeited, and the session will be counted toward your package. By proceeding with booking, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
